Refund & Returns Policy

If you’re looking for a refund or to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help. We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

• Returned items must have labels still on and be returned in original product packaging that is unopened.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of use and be unopened.

 To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Forward your order confirmation email to headlines100@gmail.com to request which products you would like to return.

2. Once return request has been acknowledged, return products to:

3. Store credit or refund can take up to 7 days from when returned product is received.

4. Customer is to pay shipping to return and reorder product.

5. Lost or damaged returns will involve the shipping provider investigation and insurance clam with timing out of our control.
